Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and — where possible — in their original packaging. (For hygiene reasons, used lick mats, snuffle mats, and plush comfort items can only be returned if they're faulty or were sent in error.)

How to start a return. Email moseystore3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email moseystore3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds. Once your return is received and checked (or once we've confirmed a fault from your photos), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable. Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.

Cancellations. Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund if the order hasn't already been processed for shipping.

EU/UK right to cancel. If you're in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, in addition to the above. Contact moseystore3@gmail.com to exercise this right.
