Welcome to Mosey. By using and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. We do our best to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly. Mosey products are comfort and enrichment items for dogs; they are not medical or veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always supervise your dog and choose age- and size-appropriate items.

Pricing & availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct errors, and may limit or cancel quantities or orders (including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A confirmation email doesn't guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By ordering, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns & refunds. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property. All content on this store — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Mosey or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosey isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at checkout when you order is the one that applies.
