Shipping policy

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery after processing:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, and weather.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link is included in your shipment email. Please allow a few days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

Multiple-item orders. Some orders — including the Calm Dog Kit — may arrive in more than one parcel and on slightly different days, as items can ship from different fulfilment locations. This is normal and you won't be charged extra.

Shipping costs. Shipping rates (or free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email moseystore3@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped.

Customs & import duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price or shipping cost.

Lost or stuck shipments. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email moseystore3@gmail.com and we'll look into it and make it right.
